Terms and Conditions Refer a Friend
1. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary the prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over except for employees of Bents Garden and Home, their families, agencies or any other company directly connected with the administration of this promotion. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted.
2. Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries not complying with these terms and conditions will be invalid.
3. All entries must be submitted on an official entry form via www.bents.co.uk .
4. The prize draw runs from the 22nd December 2009 to 1st March 2010. Entries received after this date and time will not be entered into the Prize Draw.
5. To enter the entrants must complete a the refer a friend form online which can be found at www.bents.co.uk, click on the refer a friend banner and complete the form referring up to three friends.
6. The draw will be made on 6th March 2010.
7. The winner will be drawn independently and at random from all valid entries received and will be notified by email within 72 hours of the actual draw date.
8. There is one prize of £100 of vouchers to spend in-store.
9. No alternative prize is available and the prize is not transferable.
10. The winner may be asked to participate in non paid publicity accompanying or resulting from this draw.
11. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control.
12. The promoter reserves the right to terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity.
13. By entering the free prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in promotional material.
14. For details of the winner please send a self addressed envelope to Bents Garden and Home, Warrington Road, Glazebury, Warrington, Cheshire, WA3 5NT within 28 days of the draw date.
