Bents Blog Post #16

May is all about the Barbecue at Bents. I’ve got high hopes for outdoor entertaining this year and I’ve got a good feeling that the weather is going to be kind…surely it couldn’t be any worse than last summer. Barbecue month is always exciting at Bents because it signals the start of summer, but this year it is even timelier with the World Cup just around the corner.  I’m sure there will be lots of entertainment taking place – whether it’s having a group of friends round to soak up the atmosphere or to get away from the football completely – so it’s important to stock up with all the essentials. We’ve got a charity raffle on the go which is doing really well (not that I’m surprised with a gas BBQ worth £250 as the prize) and we’ve also got something else planned for everyone who buys a barbecue during May…but it all depends on whether England can win!
