The new look Bents is now accessible whatever the weather. When the sun shines, our innovative new glasshouse allows you to browse for plants under open skies, but during wetter weather the roof closes to protect you against the elements. Our large indoor shopping complex is located all on one level with wheelchair access, wide aisles and generous space for leisurely browsing.

We have disabled toilet facilities that are labelled with brail, and as part of our on going improvement programme we are looking to provide further improved disabled sanitary facilities by October 2008.
With our extensive free car park, including disabled parking, and iconic restaurant with freshly prepared food, Bents offers all the appeal of a high street department store with the benefits of an out of town location. A great day out for everyone.
