Pigs in blankets with honey & mustard glaze and a wholegrain mustard mayo

Simple, delicious and designed to impress!
Ingredients
- x1 pack 12 pigs in blankets
- x2 tablespoons of your favourite honey
- x1 tablespoon wholegrain mustard
- For the mayo: x5 tablespoons of your favourite mayo | x2 tablespoons of wholegrain mustard
Method
Preparation
Pre – heat the oven to 180 degrees. Lay out the pigs in blankets on a non-stick baking tray or line a tray with baking parchment. Mix the honey and mustard until combined and brush on to the sausages to coat them well.
Cooking
Place in the oven and cook for around 20 minutes, until cooked through and deliciously caramelised.
The Mayo Mustard
Meanwhile mix the mayo and mustard and set aside until ready to use. You can make this a couple of days ahead, just pop in the fridge in a sealed container.
