Pomegranate Citrus Smoothie

A tasty, healthy smoothie for the whole family to enjoy . . .

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana, peeled
  • 1 orange, peeled and seeded
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/3 cup pomegranate arils
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 tablespoon honey (if needed)
  • 1/4 cup water (if needed)

Method

How to create

Place fruit, yogurt and ice in the blender and blend until smooth. If it's a little thick add water if required, and honey if needed for sweetness.
