Would you like your child to experience the wonderful practice of yoga and mindfulness in a creative child-friendly format?
Your child will learn to combine yoga postures, breathing and mindfulness through storytelling, games, song, dance and other forms of creative learning. They will develop a toolbox of fun techniques designed to empower them to understand and manage their physical, mental and emotional needs - a truly magical experience with results that last well beyond their childhood years.
Your child will be required to wear leggings/shorts and a loose fitting t-shirt, water will be provided.
Grown-ups must accompany their child for the session taking place in Bents Garden and Home - and are encouraged to come and enjoy the fun!
