We are delighted to host BBQ Chef Richard Holden for a hands-on barbecue masterclass.

Between 6pm and 9pm you will be guided through the key principles of grilling, roasting, smoking and baking on charcoal, gas and pellet barbecues. Richard will teach attendees about the joys of barbecuing, the tips and tricks of getting the most from your barbecue and a range of recipes to create a multi course barbecue feast that will impress friends and family.

The class will include a run-down of the differences between charcoal, gas and pellet barbecues using a variety of brands including Weber, Traeger and DeliVita, before you get hands-on and prepare dishes you didn’t think were possible outside of the kitchen.
