Lavender Munstead - Lavandula angustifolia Munstead Intensely fragrant, the silve-grey foliage and blue-purple spikes of Lavender Munstead are a superb sight in beds and pots. Attractive to butterflies, lavender is prized for it's soothing, calming qualities. Where to grow: Best grown in rich, moist, fertile soil in a bright and sunny position. Planting: Water thoroughly before planting approx.60cm apart. Lavender Munstead can grow to a height of 30cm. Harvesting: Pick flowers as they appear, to enjoy their colour and scent at its best.
