Our plants are nurtured by expert growers and cared for until they reach you. They’re selected for resilience to give you confidence they’ll thrive.

If a hardy plant fails within five years:

• Return the plant (or clear photos if advised by our team)
• Bring proof of purchase
• Include the original plant label, if available

We’ll provide a free replacement or store credit (subject to stock availability).

Losses due to extreme weather, pests/disease, neglect, or incorrect planting/site conditions aren’t covered.

Improve drainage and soil with compost, plant at the same depth as the pot, and water in well. Mulch to retain moisture and suppress weeds.

Keep newly planted stock consistently moist while it establishes. Feed in season with a balanced fertiliser per label directions.

Match plant to site (sun/shade, exposure). In severe weather, use fleece or windbreaks and ensure pots don’t freeze solid.
