Where is my order confirmation? - Please remember to check your spam and junk folders, as sometimes our emails can land here and be missed. Should you need us to send a copy, we can email this to you.
Why haven't I recieved an update on my delivery? - Should your item be a pre-order, we will only contact you once when you have ordered to confirm your order, and again once your item is being booked and dispatched. Please note our standard delivery items can be tracked at evey point. Our local delivery and dining options offer a window of time for collection or delivery on the selected date only. Our large delivery items with our couriers are booked on a date and time suitable for you, we will contact you.

Price Match Help
You can submit a price match request online. Please note we are unable to offer price match requests with online only retailers, or items that are currently out of stock or pre-order only. We do our upmost to ensure our prices are competitive, should you wish to make a request you can do so using our online form.
Are you open? Our store is open for all your daily essentials, however, our dining areas are currently closed due to current restrictions, following the latest announcement these will begin to open partially on the 12th April for socially distanced dining and takeaway menu.
Will toilet facilities be open? Yes, our toilets and restrooms are open as usual with heighted cleaning procedures and regular checks in place.
