For eligible items, you’ll see standard or express options at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are displayed before you pay.

Click & Collect (Warrington)

Collect eligible items from our Warrington store. Usually ready within 24 hours. You’ll be notified when your order is ready to pick up.

  • Bring your order confirmation and photo ID
  • We’ll hold your order for a reasonable period
  • Collection point: Customer Service Desk

Local delivery (£10)

Local delivery (£10) is used only for specific heavy consumables or fragile/oversize products that can’t go by parcel or our 2-man team.

When is Local / Pallet used?
Typical local/pallet items
compost & soils, bagged gravel/stone, paving, large fragile planters.
Most orders
go by Standard parcel or 2-man delivery (and qualify for free £50+).

Large & bulky deliveries

Some items (e.g., garden furniture, heavy planters) are delivered using a specialist service. We’ll confirm delivery arrangements after checkout if required.

Please check before delivery:
  • Kerbside access suitable for a large vehicle
  • Someone available to receive and sign
  • Steps, narrow lanes or restricted access noted in advance

Most large/bulky deliveries are free via our 2-man carriers. If your address is outside our local delivery zones for heavy consumables, pallet delivery (£80) applies.

2. We’ll dispatch your order using the selected service; you’ll receive updates where available.

3. Track your parcel or arrange a new delivery slot with the carrier if needed.

4. Enjoy your purchase. If something isn’t right, our returns & exchanges process is straightforward.

Postcodes & restrictions

Remote areas & islands

Certain regions (e.g., Scottish Highlands, islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland) may have limited services, longer timeframes or different pricing. If applicable, you’ll see this reflected at checkout.

Age-restricted & specialist items

Some products require age verification or specific delivery methods. Any additional steps will be shown before you place your order.

When will I see delivery options and prices?
All available services and costs are shown at checkout once you’ve entered your address. See Service overview.
Do you deliver locally?
Yes — we deliver all products available online to local addresses. Please note that certain lines (e.g., compost, gravel, paving, and delicate/oversize planters) use our Local delivery (£10) within WN7, M29, WA3, M46. Outside these districts, the same lines may require Pallet delivery (£80). Local and Pallet deliveries are excluded from the free-over-£50 offer.
Will I get tracking?
Most parcel services include tracking and delivery updates by email/SMS where supported by the carrier.
How are large or palletised items delivered?
Large/bulky items are usually delivered free via our 2-man carriers. If your address is outside our local delivery zones for heavy consumables, pallet delivery (£80) applies.
What if there’s a problem with my delivery?
