When we got news that we were being invited to compete in The Jack Daniels World Championship Contest 2018 we decided to create a rub to celebrate! Our resident rub wizard got to work and started creating, what is the best thing to go with Jack Daniels, well that would be Cola, of course. So we are delighted to release our Limited Edition Cola Rub, just perfect for making Porky Cola Cubes. Simply rub the pork and cook it, and then add a nice JD and Cola reduction sauce, try it, you’ll love it!!
Angus & Oink started after the Founding crew lived and worked in the Americas, that’s South of the tex-mex border y’all! Cooking has always been a consuming passion and especially grilling, soul food and wood fired BBQ in all its glory. It’s where the flavour is at!!!
