Chair Yoga is suitable for all levels and abilities to enjoy breathe work, some basic, simple postures in a friendly sociable environment, where over time bodies will gain strength, stamina and suppleness.

Gentle meditation to soothe stress, eleviate anxiety and balance is the ultimate mind, body and soul experience. 

 

*please note there will be no chair yoga on 28th May due to half-term
