The Clematis x cartmanii 'Avalanche' is a stunning evergreen climber known for its profusion of pure white flowers with bright gold stamens. This clematis blooms in early to mid-spring, creating a beautiful "avalanche" of blossoms that cover its deep green, trifoliate foliage. Minimal pruning is required; just clean up after flowering. This clematis is perfect for training along a trellis, fence, or pergola, and can also be used as a groundcover. Prefers moist to wet soil, making it ideal for pond edges or water gardens.
