Ingredients: Sugar, Stem Ginger (30%), Lemon Juice from Concentrate, Gelling Agent: Fruit Pectin, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid. Prepared with 30g of Fruit per 100g. Total Sugar Content: 67g per 100g. Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 6 weeks.
